Terms & Conditions — okvk Platform Rules and Player Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "okvk", "we", "us", "our" refers to the okvk platform and its operating entity, accessible at okvk.io.
• "Platform" means the okvk website, mobile interface, software, and all associated services available at okvk.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the okvk platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration with okvk.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account, comprising cash balance and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or reload bonuses credited to a Player's account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by okvk before processing withdrawal requests.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the reference time zone for all okvk platform operations and transaction timestamps.

Providing false information to circumvent these criteria constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the okvk platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or household accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information current. okvk is not liable for any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify okvk immediately by contacting [email protected]. okvk will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

okvk reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

okvk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other payment methods listed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits applicable to each payment method are displayed in the cashier interface and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. okvk does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply transaction fees governed by their own terms of service.

Withdrawals: Before any withdrawal is processed, okvk is required to verify your identity through the KYC process. • Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before they are transferred to the withdrawable Cash Balance.

• okvk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will have their bonus funds voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• okvk reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds that were credited in error or as a result of a technical fault.

All bets and game stakes placed on the okvk platform are final once confirmed. okvk does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed wager except where permitted under the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market.

Cricket betting markets, live casino game results, slot game outcomes, and fishing game results are determined by the relevant game system or sportsbook engine and are binding. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or incorrect odds publication, okvk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This decision rests solely with okvk and is final.

All games provided through okvk's partner studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — operate under the rules and return-to-player parameters certified by those studios. okvk does not alter game outcomes. Random number generators used in digital games are independently tested for fairness.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet or game round are displayed within each game or betting market interface.
• okvk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market or game at its discretion.
• Bets placed after the official start of a sporting event through a pre-match market (where live in-play betting is not offered) will be voided.
• In live in-play cricket markets, odds are updated in real time. Any bet accepted at a given price is binding at that price regardless of subsequent odds movements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okvk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on the okvk platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games on your behalf.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage — commonly referred to as "advantage play" or "arbing" in violation of these Terms.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the okvk platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity during the registration or KYC process.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with any software, system, or security measure that forms part of the okvk platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okvk staff or other players through any communication channel.

okvk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time if, in okvk's sole judgement, a Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the account creates a risk to okvk, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Upon closure of an account for breach of Terms, okvk may forfeit any balance held in that account, including both cash balance and bonus funds. Where closure is initiated by the Player voluntarily and no breach has occurred, any verified withdrawable cash balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
